RECITALS VERDI RACHMANINOV 23

A new project celebrates two romantic music giants on their milestone birthdays by exploring rare pieces and reinterpreting well-known works.

This Europe-wide experience blends music with fine arts, philosophy, and history. "Verdi Rachmaninoff 23" debuted successfully in Monte Carlo and is now touring. Its accompanying CD, recorded in Italy, will soon be released by Sonitus.

Featuring soprano and piano, "Verdi Rachmaninoff 23" rediscovers the vocal chamber music of Verdi and Rachmaninoff, revealing surprising similarities between the composers.

Laura and David conducted in-depth research to select rare vocal and piano pieces, highlighting the connection between two composers. Their project incorporates fine arts, including a visually captivating exhibit by renowned artist Ekaterina Kern that complements the music's vibrations.
